Pixelfish was born from the desire to do things differently, for our people and our planet.
Founded in 2009 by two fresh-faced design graduates in the aftermath of the financial crash of the late noughties. Things were never going to go in a straight line.
It's been quite a journey. We've navigated recessions, children, start-up successes (and failures), and of course, global pandemics.
During this time, we've had the pleasure of working with some great businesses and most importantly, great people. We've also become increasingly aware of the internet's impact on our planet and are committed to playing our part in digital sustainability.
Today, we're a bunch of highly skilled designers, developers and people lovers working in and around the south west.
Freedom to work anywhere.
After the topsy-turvy year of 2020 we have commited to a remote-first studio going forward.
We still have our satellite studio at Gather Round in Bristol, but with team members scattered around the UK, we're loving the flexibility of this approach. As a creative business, having the creative freedom to work wherever the mood takes us, is hugely valuable. Beach anyone?
